Ezra — a deal-team analyst in your Slack

Drop an inbound deal doc in a channel Ezra's in; it returns a scored triage memo in the thread, against your rubric and your past deals. You click Advance / Pass / Needs work. Nothing executes without that click.

Before you connect — where your data goes

One isolated instance per workspace. Your Ezra runs in its own machine with its own database. No pooling across firms, ever.
Channel membership is the boundary. Ezra reads only channels you invite it into. Slack enforces this, not our promises.
It never requests: chat:write.public, channels:join, users:read.email, team:read, mpim:*, admin.*, discovery.*.
Drive is opt-in and gated. If you connect Google Drive next, every write asks you first in Slack and Ezra never deletes or overwrites a file — new files, new tabs, new versions only.
Every action is logged — each triage, verdict, model call, and Drive read/write is in your decision log, exportable on request.

Pilot terms (the dead-deal track). Until a DPA is signed between us, send Ezra only dead or redacted deal materials — no live confidential CIMs. You're responsible for honoring any confidentiality terms attached to documents you share. Either of us can end the pilot anytime; on exit you get a full export of your data and we delete our copy. No fees during the pilot.
